Sustaining Medical Logistics Automation and Supply Management skills during both Peacetime and War is a challenge for military organizations. The United States Army Medical Materiel Management Agency is responsible for mobilizing well-trained, Active Component (AC), National Guard (NG), and Reserve Component (RC) soldiers and organizations in support our country’s war on terror. USAMMA requires logistics training support services to maintain supervisor and operator proficiency and certification on the Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS). SMTT provides experienced and Veteran Mobile Training Teams of Senior Systems Analysts and Subject Matter Experts delivering instructor-led sustainment training to soldier and civilians worldwide. Training is normally conducted at the unit’s location, on their equipment with live logistical data, allowing instructors to work hands-on with the students resolving real world issues. Training focuses on technical and functional analysis of system parameters, processes, management reports, and the overall management of their operations. Operators and supervisors are trained on critical and as required tasks that are performed on a daily basis to support the organization’s Combat Service Support (CSS) missions. ELG instructors are continually engaged in the following tasks:

A SMMTT developed Course Management Plan (CMP) includes all documentation that supports training development and implementation through instructor-led training, and includes POI, lesson plans, slide presentations, practical exercises and answer keys, student handouts, critiques, sign-in rosters, and visitor handbooks, etc. All training materials are developed and delivered in Regulation format.
